The Opt-In checkbox in your Charity Profile gives you control over whether Charity Bridge Fund may share information about your organization and projects with selected funding partners.
Opting in can help Charity Bridge Fund showcase your work for potential support, evaluation, and due diligence. You can review or change this preference at any time.
Manage Your Opt-In Preference
The Opt-In checkbox appears at the bottom of the Charity Details section of your Charity Profile.
Log in to Charity Bridge Fund and open your Charity Management Dashboard.
Open the Charity Details section. The Opt-In checkbox appears near the bottom of this panel
Check the box if you allow Charity Bridge Fund to share your information with funding partners. Leave it unchecked if you do not want this information shared.
You can return to your Charity Profile and update this preference at any time. Unchecking the box stops future sharing based on your updated preference.

How Information Sharing Works
Funding Partners
Funding partners are organizations or institutions that may review or support nonprofits through Charity Bridge Fund. These may include donor-advised funds (DAFs), philanthropic organizations, and other funding partners.

Depending on the opportunity, Charity Bridge Fund may share information such as:

Project details and funding needs
Organizational information
Supporting information relevant to evaluation or due diligence
How the Information May Be Used
Funding partners may use this information to better understand your organization, complete due diligence, evaluate potential support, or facilitate a funding opportunity.
Choosing not to opt in does not prevent you from using Charity Bridge Fund, but some opportunities may require information sharing with a funding partner.
How Your Information Is Protected
Charity Bridge Fund shares information only for the purposes covered by your Opt-In, such as evaluation, due diligence, or funding consideration.
