Introduction
Charity Bridge Fund helps donors discover and support nonprofits in their communities, including organizations connected to food assistance, housing and shelter, public media, and national parks.
Some organizations may appear in Local search results based on publicly available nonprofit information. If you are an authorized representative of an organization and do not want it to appear in Charity Bridge Fund Local search results, you can opt out by claiming your charity and updating its public visibility.
Before You Opt Out
To remove an organization from Local search results, you must first claim the charity. This helps Charity Bridge Fund confirm that you are authorized to manage the organization’s visibility on the platform.
Once your charity is claimed, you will have access to your Charity Bridge Fund dashboard. From there, you can choose to unpublish your charity, or you can continue using the platform to manage your charity profile, create projects, and connect with donors. This will allow your organization to appear in other sections on the Charity Bridge Fund site.
How to Opt Out
Create or sign in to your Charity Bridge Fund account.
Claim your charity using the organization’s IRS Determination Letter and EIN.
After your claim is approved, open your Charity Profile from the Charity Management Dashboard.
Select the option to unpublish your charity by using the toggle.
Save your changes.

After your charity is unpublished, it will no longer appear in Charity Bridge Fund Local search results or other public listings on the platform.
